Overall everything was cool.
Stayed 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were provided. Kitchenette was useful. The apartment had great location close to the airport.

The proximity to the beach and pool was amazing. It was so convenient to have the beach just a short distance away and the pool was a great option for a quick swim. , the city bus passes frequently, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The location of the apartment was perfect, being near the entrance and on the first floor. the guards were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The lack of cleanliness in the apartment. The walls and ceilings were dirty, and there was dust and mold in the bathroom.

Great location, clean pool, lovely area, amazing beach. Cozy atmosphere, friendly administrators. Convenient for visiting XCARET. 24-hour security, beautiful views. Extraordinary experience releasing baby turtles into the ocean.

The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing! It is right next to a beautiful beach, so you can easily spend your days lounging in the sun or taking a refreshing swim in the sea. it is conveniently close to the airport, making your arrival and departure hassle-free. the apartment itself is clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space for you to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
There is one aspect of the apartment that could use some improvement. the outdated A/C units are quite noisy, making it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

Great location on the beach. Lovely pool area with great views. Quick and easy communication with Paolo. Helpful guards and frequent city bus passes. Peaceful location away from city center noise. Amazing beach

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, close to all the attractions and with a beautiful private beach. The staff, especially security guard Eduardo, were incredibly friendly and helpful. our stay was a good experience and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The morning meal could be better with more options.
